The production scale of this project is an annual output of 10,000 tons of graphitized cathode carbon blocks.
4. Main pollution prevention and control measures:
①Exhaust gas: This project uses 4 sets of bag filters to treat the dust during crushing, screening, grinding, batching, and machining. The treated dust is emptied through a 20m exhaust cylinder. After treatment, the emission concentration of particulate matter produced by crushing, grinding, batching and machining meets the special emission limit requirements in the "Aluminum Industry Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB25465-2010) amendment. The mixed waste gas is emptied through a 35m exhaust cylinder after being treated by the calcined coke adsorption + bag filter. The emission concentration of dust and bitumen fume meets the special emission limit in the amendment to the "Aluminum Industry Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB25465-2010) Value requirements. The mixing and kneading inlet and outlet and forming systems are respectively treated by an electric tar catcher and evacuated through a 20m exhaust tube. The concentration of the pitch smoke discharged meets the requirements in the "Aluminum Industry Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB25465-2010). The roasting flue gas is evacuated through a 65m exhaust pipe after spraying + tar catching. The emission concentration of particulate matter, asphalt fume, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides meets the revised list of "Aluminum Industry Pollutant Emission Standards" (GB25465-2010) Special emission limit requirements. The graphitized waste gas is evacuated through a 55m exhaust cylinder after being treated by a bag filter + alkali spray. The emission concentration of dust and sulfur dioxide meets the special emission limit in the amendment to the "Aluminum Industry Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB25465-2010) Requirements: The equivalent benzopyrene emission concentration and emission rate of each exhaust cylinder meet the requirements of the 47m equivalent exhaust cylinder in (GB16297-1996). The oil fume produced in the canteen is discharged after purification treatment by the oil fume purification device, and the emission concentration meets the small and medium-sized standards of the "Emission Standard for Cooking Fume".
②Wastewater: The wastewater produced in this project is wastewater from the circulating cooling system, wastewater from the desulfurization system, and domestic sewage. The regular drainage generated by the cooling circulation system will be reused in the circulation system after sedimentation treatment, and will not be discharged; the wastewater from the desulfurization system will be reused in the desulfurization system after the sedimentation tank and regeneration treatment, but will not be discharged; the domestic sewage will be discharged into the anti-seepage system The manure tank is cleaned regularly and not discharged. Therefore, the impact on surface water is small.
③Noise: The noise sources of this project are crushing units, screening units, pumps, kneaders, crushers, forming machines and other equipment. The noise level is 85~100dB(A). Basic vibration reduction, plant sound insulation and fan enhancement are adopted. Installation of sound insulation covers and other measures, the noise contribution value of the factory boundary meets the requirements of category 3 standards of the "Environmental Noise Emission Standards for Industrial Enterprises and Factory Boundaries" (GB12348-2008).
④Solid waste: production of unqualified kneading products, unqualified molding products, roasting shreds, graphite shreds, machined scraps and dust collected by cloth bags; waste refractories produced in roasting furnaces and waste refractory materials produced in graphitization furnaces Send bricks to brick factories for comprehensive utilization. The hazardous solid waste of this project is mainly the tar and dust collected by the roasting flue gas treatment system. The solid waste is reused as raw materials in the production section. The domestic garbage of this project is transported to the designated location, and the sanitation department will be cleared and transported uniformly.
Since all solid wastes of this project have undergone orderly disposal/treatment, the impact on the environment is relatively small. In summary, the solid waste treatment measures of the project are feasible.
